WHAT IS RTT?
RTT is a relatively new hybrid therapy developed after more than 30 years of experience, by Marisa Peer in London. It combines modern psychology, NLP and Hypnosis, so that we can directly access the client’s subconscious mind and find the root cause of their unwanted behavior. RTT is so effective that most clients will find resolution usually within 1 to 3 sessions.
RTT is SOLUTION ORIENTED. This means you don’t need to talk about your pain for years before hoping to see results.
RTT helps break bad habits (addictions), enables people to achieve extraordinary results in sports, to be more successful in business and performing arts. Can increase focus, motivation, confidence, helps with phobias, improves well being from ideal weight, to break free from anxiety and depression, till physical symptoms and medically unexplainable illness.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
In the session my voice will guide you into relaxation, I will ask you questions about the issue we discussed during the intake. Your brain, so relaxed, goes in Alpha Brainwaves (hypnosis) and bypasses the thinking, rational mind, so your answers will come straight from the emotional mind, the subconscious. You will immediately gain amazing insight and clarity around the issue you presented, within the session, and you will have a personal recording to listen to for 21 days as the new path ways (connections between neurons) are strengthening and new positive behavior become your natural way to be.
Imagine your mind is like a freshly green garden and you walk through it to reach your front door. If you walk in the same spot everyday, sooner than later, you will start to see the path in the grass. You’ve took an action, repeated it and now you have formed an habit (the path). If you want to change that habit, you have to form a new one that replaces that; just like if now you start walking on a different part of the garden and you eventually will see the grass growing back in the previous path, until it’s all covered up, while the new path gets visible.
Positive suggestions, like seeds, are planted in the subconscious mind and new beliefs are able to take roots.
What really is HYPNOSIS?
Hypnosis is a natural state. One you’ve already experienced many times for sure. For example, have you ever been so assorted reading a good book or watching a great movie, that if the doorbell rings unexpectedly makes you jump? Or have you been in a conversation, or find yourself studying something so intensively that the background noises seemed to have vanished away? That’s what happen when you’re in a state of hypnosis. You enter a more focused state of mind as the rest of the world seem to fade away, but you’re still vigilant and awake.
In hypnosis your mind becomes very receptive to changes, as your nervous system relaxes.

You don’t loose consciousness during hypnosis. You won’t be asleep and out of control like you can see in stage hypnosis, used for entertainment.
This is a therapeutic approach to hypnosis, you will feel more relaxed and focused than usual, but you will interact with me and remember everything that occurs, just like you would with any other conversation.
Hypnosis is an intentional state that you allow to occur because you permit yourself to be guided into a relaxed, focused state to make the positive changes that you desire to make.
